Manage client accounts by ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to maintain strong client relationships.

• Monitor and analyze account performance, provide regular updates to clients, and collaborate with other departments to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and increase account revenue.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for clients, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
