Accounts Executive

Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi, Pakistan

Timing: 9:00am to 6:00pm

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Accounts Executive to manage the company’s accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of general accounting principles and hands-on experience with ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle bank and supplier reconciliations.
• Maintain and update the chart of accounts.
• Prepare payment vouchers and record daily transactions.
• Manage general accounting and journal entries.
• Ensure proper entries for sales and income tax.
• Prepare and analyze profit and loss accounts.
• Support audits and financial reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong ERP system knowledge
• Proficient in MS Excel and computer applications.
• Must be responsible, hardworking, honest, and punctual.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
