Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Onsite – Gulberg, Lahore

Shift: Night Shift | 8 PM – 5 AM PKT

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Market-competitive with only 1% income tax

Role Overview:

The Accounts Executive will support daily financial transactions and bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy in records and compliance with accounting standards. This role plays a vital part in client support and maintaining up-to-date financial documentation for our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow.

· Develop client-specific management reports, dashboards, and variance analyses to support informed decision-making.

· Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to contribute to sustainable business growth.

· Collaborate with internal teams and US-based stakeholders, building strong relationships through clear communication of financial insights.

· Maintain governance, risk, and control practices by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.

· Support audit processes by preparing reconciliations, documentation, and evidence for external review.

· Evaluate investment and financing decisions, monitor liquidity, and manage working capital effectively.

· Contribute to performance monitoring, variance reporting, and recommending improvements to management reporting systems.

· Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all financial activities, taking ownership of deliverables and mentoring junior staff where required.

· Enhance efficiency by automating reporting processes through tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Requirements:

· ACCA or CA student, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· 1–2 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role (Fresh graduates with strong internships can be considered).

· Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

· Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and/or NetSuite is a plus.

· Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

· Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
