Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime.
  • Process monthly employee salaries based on data provided by the HR team.
  • Handle TDS calculation, deduction & payments.
  • Ensure accurate Professional Tax (PT) deduction every month.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly & annual financial closing activities.
  • Prepare and share MIS reports and financial summaries using Excel.
  • Manage bank reconciliations and maintain vendor ledgers.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal, statutory & tax audits.
  • Support in finalization of company books.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience working in a CA Firm (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP Prime and Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com or semi-qualified CA preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of TDS, GST, PT & Indian Taxation.
  • Good understanding of salary processing and payroll entries.
  • Ability to assist with finalization of accounts.
