About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Account Executive who can manage multiple responsibilities with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles, comfortable working with large sets of numerical data, and capable of meeting tight deadlines without compromising accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with company, local, state, and federal accounting regulations
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Present financial data to managers and stakeholders
  • Compute and file taxes accurately and on time
  • Coordinate with teams for product and merchandise management
  • Handle end-to-end order management

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Books
  • Strong analytical and computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound understanding of accounting, finance, and mathematical concepts
