Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily Tally entries for accurate financial recordkeeping.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy in accounts.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and timely filing of returns.
- Oversee GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GST returns and payments.
- Maintain accurate documentation for financial audits and assist in resolving audit queries.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Prepare periodic financial reports to support decision-making and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Excellent reconciliation and financial reporting skills.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).
- Additional certifications like Tally ERP or relevant tax courses are preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
