Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily Tally entries for accurate financial recordkeeping.
  • Perform bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy in accounts.
  • Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and timely filing of returns.
  • Oversee GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GST returns and payments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for financial audits and assist in resolving audit queries.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports to support decision-making and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent reconciliation and financial reporting skills.
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).
  • Additional certifications like Tally ERP or relevant tax courses are preferred.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
