Job description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage daily accounting tasks, ensure compliance, and support smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including entries, billing, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports.
- Prepare and file GST returns, perform GST reconciliation, and ensure GST compliance.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and filing of TDS returns.
- Generate and manage E-invoicing and ensure accurate reporting.
- Handle cash maintenance, cash book updates, and ensure accurate cash flow tracking.
- Work with international documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and other export-related paperwork.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for payment follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST, TDS, and company policies.
- Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
- Maintain accurate data and ensure timely updates in accounting software.
- Prepare MIS and financial reports for management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and e-invoicing procedures.
- Understanding of international trade documents (import/export documentation).
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
