Accounts Executive

Location: Wadala, Mumbai

Salary: 3.60 LPA

Job Overview:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The candidate must have strong exposure to GST, TDS, finalization of accounts, and experience working with a Chartered Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and ledgers
• Handle GST calculation, filing, and compliance
• Manage TDS deductions, payments, and return filings
• Assist with preparation and finalization of accounts
• Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for audits and statutory requirements
• Prepare monthly/annual financial statements and MIS reports
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and other accounts
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of GST & TDS
• Good understanding of finalization of accounts
• Proficiency in Tally (preferred) and MS Excel
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• Experience working with a CA is mandatory
