Accounts Executive

We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our accounting team. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for learning

Key Role

• Process revenue accounting transactions, clear exceptions, raise invoices, trigger accounting, conduct reconciliation, fare/refund audits, master updates, reviews
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including journals, ledgers, and statements.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare financial reports, summaries, and schedules for management review.
• Support payroll processing and other finance-related administrative tasks.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 years of experience in accounting or finance roles preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
