Accounts & Admin Officer to handle day-to-day accounting, billing, and office administration activities. The role involves maintaining financial records while supporting smooth administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage basic accounting entries, billing, and invoicing
Handle accounts payable/receivable and petty cash
Assist with GST entries, bank reconciliation, and reports
Maintain office records, files, and documentation
Coordinate with vendors, staff, and management for admin tasks
Support HR/admin activities like attendance and expense tracking
Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce or relevant qualification
1–3 years of experience in accounts and administration
Knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel
Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles
Good organizational and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
