About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a strong background in NBFC/MFI accounting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in GST, TDS, and overall statutory tax compliance, along with a sound understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory tax filings and ensure timely compliance.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, MIS reports, and perform account reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, monitor cash flow, and maintain branch-level accounting.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in accounting
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian tax laws.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
