Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain sales bills and purchase entries.
  • Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
  • Handle GST entries, returns support, and basic compliance.
  • Manage TDS entries and records.
  • Maintain books of accounts and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with senior accounts staff/auditors when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Commerce or Accounting.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of BRS, GST, TDS, sales & purchase accounting.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally preferred).
  • Good attention to detail and basic computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
