Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting activities including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Process vendor invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and records.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when required.
  • Monitor cash flow and maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
  • Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings (if applicable).
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (may vary based on company needs).
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally / SAP / QuickBooks, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy under deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with GST/TDS filing.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
