Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for our retail distribution located in Lahore for Accounts Executive. The role involves keeping accurate transactions and reporting on financial data.

Job Description

• Perform financial transactions with respect to sales and purchase including Sales Order and Purchase Order (PO).
• Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying and investigating any discrepancies.
• Record daily financial transactions, receipts, and payments in the appropriate accounts.
• Receive and record payments from customers for sale of goods in respected Ledgers.
• Prepare financial reports i.e. profit and loss, income statement, balance sheet etc.
• Handle tax related matters and ensure compliance during transactions with company policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
• minimum 3 years of experience in the same capacity
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
