An Accounts Executive is responsible for handling the day-to-day financial activities of a company. The role includes recording financial transactions, preparing invoices and bills, tracking expenses and payments, maintaining accurate accounts records, and assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports. The Accounts Executive also helps with bank reconciliation, supports audits and tax-related work, and coordinates with other departments to ensure timely and correct financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments).
  • Prepare invoices and bills.
  • Track expenses and payments.
  • Maintain accounts records and files.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and yearly accounts.
  • Help with bank reconciliation.
  • Support audits and tax-related work.
  • Coordinate with other departments for payment details.

Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting.
  • Ability to work with numbers accurately.
  • Familiar with accounting software (like SAP , Tally, Excel, etc.).
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Basic communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
