Accounts Executive

Morning Fresh Bakers is a newly established bakery chain in Karachi and is now looking to get their accounts on track with a well versed and experienced accounting executive who will be responsible for,

• Record and maintain daily sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts
• Prepare and reconcile daily cash, bank, and POS statements
• Manage accounts payable and receivable (vendors & B2B clients)
• Generate invoices, credit notes, and follow up on outstanding payments
• Maintain accurate inventory and COGS accounting in ERP/Technosys
• Prepare monthly P&L, cash flow, and basic financial reports
• Handle payroll processing, salaries, and staff reimbursements
• Ensure tax compliance (sales tax, withholding tax, filings)
• Maintain proper documentation, vouchers, and audit records
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and management for financial matters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
