MULTICURE PHARMA PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive to join our Accounts department in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering quality pharmaceutical products and services.

As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions and ensuring accurate financial reporting. You will work closely with various teams to support our accounting processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial matters. This role is pivotal in driving the financial health of our organization and will involve working on various projects aimed at enhancing our accounting efficiency.

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 monthly, along with a supportive work environment that promotes professional growth and development in the pharmaceuticals industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and transactions
• Knowledge in Tally
• Monthly GST Returns preparation
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy
• Support audit processes and provide necessary documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Good Communication Skill in English, Hindi & Kannada
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
