Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and supporting the business with actionable financial insights. Experience in the beauty, luxury, or FMCG sectors is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain and update financial records in accordance with company policies and local accounting standards.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reporting.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure proper revenue recognition and inventory valuation.
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory audits, and internal financial policies.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).
• 1–5 years of accounting experience, ideally within luxury, retail, cosmetics, or FMCG is a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting softwares and MS Excel and Tally.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/local GAAP and tax regulations.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• A passion for beauty, luxury brands, and high standards of presentation.
