Job Summary
Organisation: Globus Medicare
Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Job purpose: Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing the accounts and book keeping.
Qualification: B.Com/M.com Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years experience
Responsibilities:

  • The job involves maintaining financial accounts in tally and excel sheets; Voucher Entries, Invoice Entries, Bank & Cash Entries, Maintain Attendance Register, Maintain Petty Cash and Business Correspondence with service providers, vendors, suppliers, and customers.
  • Replying to emails pertaining to accounts. Should be familiar with Outlook, Gmail and other business email platforms like Webmail. Should be able to handle business email and know how to reply in appropriate language.
  • Responsible for maintaining order books related to Laboratory, stationary and office supplies.
  • Organise, coordinate and supervise other centre activities.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems.
  • Readiness to take on additional administrative duties as and when needed.

Requirements:

  • Com / M.Com Graduate
  • Knowledge of Operating Tally
  • Must have thorough knowledge and experience in working with Internet and emails. Must be proficient (not fresher) in use of MS office particularly Word, Excel, Scanning, Emailing etc
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluency in spoken and written English is necessary. Comfortable in dealing with senior big company executives.
  • Excellent (not beginners) computer knowledge
  • Self-driven, result oriented individual who is keen for new experience and responsibility.
  • Adaptability to changing demands and working in dynamic work place.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
  • Well-presented and business like.
  • Should be willing to work in team.
