Accounts Executive

About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts professional with 8+ years of experience to manage end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliances, financial reporting, and audits. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in corporate accounting, taxation, and financial controls, and should be capable of working independently while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end accounting operations and ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts
Control and reconcile petty cash with proper supporting documentation
Record, verify, and monitor daily operational expenses
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax etc
Manage TDS computation, filing, returns, and reconciliations
Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance
Prepare MIS and financial reports for management review
Ensure adherence to accounting policies, internal controls, and compliance requirements
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors during audits and ensure timely closure of audit queries

Roles & Responsibilities :
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
7–10 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in Tally / ERP / Accounting software
Good working knowledge of MS Excel
High accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
