at least 15 more schools over the next decade, K2 Learning Resources offers a dynamic environment for

Job Purpose

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for end-to-end accounting of Bills Payable and Receipts

(Receivables) across all entities, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant recording of expenses, revenues,

and vendor payments.

Key Responsibilities & KRAs

• Accounting of all vendor bills and expenses across entities with accuracy and timeliness.

• Booking of invoices within 3 working days of receipt and maintaining >98% accuracy in invoice

entries.

• Monthly vendor reconciliation, ensuring completion by the 10th of the succeeding month.

• Resolution of vendor queries and discrepancies, keeping unresolved vendor issues below 5 per

month.

• Processing vendor payments strictly as per agreed due dates (100% adherence).

• Accounting of all rec

• eipts and revenues across entities.

• Timely entry of receipts within 24 hours of receipt.

• Ensuring accurate classification of expenses and revenues in line with accounting standards.

• Maintaining proper documentation and audit-ready records for payables and receivables.

• Coordinating with internal teams and vendors for smooth financial operations and closures.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Invoice booking TAT: Within 3 working days

• Invoice entry accuracy: >98%

• Vendor reconciliation completion: By 10th of succeeding month

• Unresolved vendor queries: <5 per month

• Vendor payment timeliness: 100% as per due dates

• Receipt accounting TAT: Within 24 hours of receipt
