Purpose of the Job – Overview

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Garden Town, Lahore

Timings:

• Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM BST & Saturday 10AM to 5PM

Must have knowledge of Pakistan Tax exposure plus QuickBooks theoretical knowledge

About the Role

• Credit Controller: Keeping track of outstanding payments, following up on overdue invoices, and ensuring timely collection of debts.
• Assist and coordinate with debt collection agency
• Assist BD accountant operations: supporting the Business Development (BD) Accountant in their day-to-day tasks related to the financial aspects of business development activities.
• Assist in creating and managing financial statements and dashboards.
• Help prepare and file necessary tax and financial forms for the company.
• Support the completion of audits with attention to detail and quality.
• Learn and apply best practices and optimizations in accounting processes.
• Collaborate with finance personnel to develop methods for creating more accurate financial records and models.
• Assist in managing audits on behalf of the company.
• Aid in determining the proper company filing schedule based on available information.
• Assist in quality assurance by reviewing audit reports and filings for errors.
• Implement feedback and changes under supervision.
• Assist in Creating visualizations that convey accurate financial views of projects.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

• Minimum with a degree in Accounts & Finance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
