We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal reporting standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate accounting, VAT and corporate tax compliance, and escrow account management.

Candidates with own visa will be given preference

Role Overview:
We are looking for an Accountant with 3–5 years of experience who can manage day-to-day accounting activities independently. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling invoicing, payroll, and accounting, using Zoho Books.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities using Zoho Books
  • Prepare and manage customer invoicing and follow-ups
  • Handle payroll processing and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of expenses, receipts, and payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho books
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong knowledge of invoicing, payroll, and basic accounting processes
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in UAE accounting is an added advantage
