Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks
- Record daily transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and bank reconciliations
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Generate financial reports (profit & loss, balance sheets, cash flow)
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Support audits by providing required documentation
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks (mandatory)
- Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- QuickBooks certification is a plus
- Experience working in a similar industry

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
