Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks
  • Record daily transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, and bank reconciliations
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Generate financial reports (profit & loss, balance sheets, cash flow)
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Support audits by providing required documentation
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role
  • Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks (mandatory)
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • QuickBooks certification is a plus
  • Experience working in a similar industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
