Accounts Executive

Core Responsibilities

  • Financial Record Management: Maintaining accurate financial records, including ledger entries and invoice processing.
  • Accounts Receivable & Payable: Managing invoicing, collecting payments, and paying suppliers.
  • Reconciliation & Closing: Reconciling bank statements and assisting with monthly/yearly closing activities.
  • Financial Reporting: Preparing reports on customer account balances, cash flow, and financial status
  • Key Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Usually 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
