Accounts Executive

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking for the position of Accounts Executive for its accounts department - Head Office based in Karachi

Position: Accounts Executive
Qualification: BBA/MBA (Finance)
Salary: Rs. 70,000 - 80,000
Experience: 2 -3 years
Location: DHA Phase 8 - Karachi
Job Duties:

* Proficiency in accounting software (SAP Preferred)
* Maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records
* Record day-to-day accounting transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, payments)
* Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and vouchers
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations
* Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
* Prepare financial reports and statements as required
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
* Support audits and provide required documentation
* Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments
