Job Summary

Support all day-to-day finance operations for Sonraj Group. Handle accounting, reporting, payables, receivables, reconciliations, documentation and monthly closing following the direction of finance manager. Maintain clean records, strengthen controls and keep all financial activities up to date.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support monthly sales tax calculations

2. Prepare schedules for P&L, balance sheet and cash flow

3. Maintain files, contracts, bank documents and audit papers

4. Prepare cash summaries for management

5. Manage cashbook and bank entries

6. Record transactions in the accounting system

7. Handle deposits, transfers and cheque-related work

8. Maintain payables ageing

9. Keep receivables ageing updated

10. Support month-end closing activities

11. Update budget tracking sheets

12. Support clean audit trails across all tasks

13. Support senior management with data requests

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s in Commerce or related field

2. 2-3 years of experience in accounts or finance roles

3. Working knowledge of sales tax calculation

4. Strong grip on ledgers, vouchers, reconciliations

5. Good command of MS Excel and accounting software

6. Clear record-keeping habits

7. Ability to manage multiple tasks

8. Strong coordination with vendors and internal teams

9. Experience managing payables, receivables and reconciliations

10. Exposure to monthly closing routines

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
