- Prepare and process sales invoices and purchase entries.
- Handle customer payment follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ledger entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
- Record daily receipts, payments, and petty cash transactions.
- Prepare customer and supplier account statements.
- Assist in VAT filing and ensure UAE tax compliance.
- Generate monthly financial reports and expense summaries.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics departments for financial matters.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required financial documents.
