Accounts Executive

  • Prepare and process sales invoices and purchase entries.
  • Handle customer payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and ledger entries.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
  • Record daily receipts, payments, and petty cash transactions.
  • Prepare customer and supplier account statements.
  • Assist in VAT filing and ensure UAE tax compliance.
  • Generate monthly financial reports and expense summaries.
  • Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics departments for financial matters.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing required financial documents.

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
