Job Title: Accounts Executive
Experience: 3–4 Years
Industry: Outdoor advertising printing industry
Location: Virgonagar, Avalahalli, Bangalore,
Role Objective
To manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting while supporting business operations through accurate records and timely coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
· Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
· Handle accounts payable and receivable
· Manage bank, cash, and vendor reconciliations
Statutory & Compliance
· Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation)
· Support TDS computation, filing, and returns
· Assist in statutory audits and internal audits
· Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations
Payroll & Expenses
· Process payroll inputs and employee reimbursements
· Track statutory deductions and payments (PF, ESIC, PT)
Reporting & Coordination
· Prepare monthly MIS, expense statements, and basic financial reports
· Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and vendors
· Support management with financial data as required
Required Skills & Competencies
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GST
· Hands-on experience with Tally / accounting software
· Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
· Good coordination and follow-up skills
· High attention to detail and accuracy
Education & Experience
· BCom / MCom
· 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience
Mandatory Requirement
· Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory
· Willingness to travel locally for bank work, statutory offices, and vendor coordination
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
