Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely reporting. The role involves managing vouchers, ledgers, invoices, and supporting month-end financial processes in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally / ERP system.
  • Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and verify purchase, sales, and expense vouchers.
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts periodically.
  • Handle petty cash and maintain proper records.
  • Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
  • Support payroll processing and related accounting entries.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Preparation of invoice and billing , interacting with customers/vendors-for paymentssss
  • Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Excel, ERP systems).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Experience in manufacturing / trading industry preferred

Work location: Yelahanka

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
