Job Description:
The Accounts Executive & Admin will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliance, and administrative operations. This role ensures smooth financial functioning and provides administrative support to the office.
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounts in SAP/Tally/ERP.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and expense entries.
- Manage bank reconciliation (BRS) daily/weekly.
- Prepare GST workings, GST returns, and GST portal filings.
- Assist with TDS calculations, payments, and quarterly returns.
- Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and financial reports for management.
- Track petty cash, reimbursements, and employee expense claims.
- Assist auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledger reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF/ESI if applicable).
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and general administration.
- Handle employee attendance, leave records, and basic HR support.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, AMCs, and service providers.
- Maintain documentation and filing (soft & hard copies).
- Prepare business letters, circulars, and internal communication.
- Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and maintenance coordination.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
- 1-5 years experience in accounting & admin roles.
- Knowledge of Tally / ERP/SAP/Zoho books.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
