Job Description:

The Accounts Executive & Admin will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliance, and administrative operations. This role ensures smooth financial functioning and provides administrative support to the office.

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounts in SAP/Tally/ERP.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and expense entries.
  • Manage bank reconciliation (BRS) daily/weekly.
  • Prepare GST workings, GST returns, and GST portal filings.
  • Assist with TDS calculations, payments, and quarterly returns.
  • Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and financial reports for management.
  • Track petty cash, reimbursements, and employee expense claims.
  • Assist auditors during internal and statutory audits.
  • Maintain vendor and customer ledger reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF/ESI if applicable).

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations and general administration.
  • Handle employee attendance, leave records, and basic HR support.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, AMCs, and service providers.
  • Maintain documentation and filing (soft & hard copies).
  • Prepare business letters, circulars, and internal communication.
  • Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and maintenance coordination.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
  • 1-5 years experience in accounting & admin roles.
  • Knowledge of Tally / ERP/SAP/Zoho books.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
