Job Objective: To ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of day-to-day banking transactions, maintain financial integrity, and support the finance team with advanced Excel-based reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily bank reconciliations for multiple accounts and entities (e.g., Indira IVF, Matcare).
- Match and verify cash deposits, UPI, swipe transactions, and other banking entries against internal records.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and accounting system (HIS, ERP, etc.).
- Maintain and update reconciliation trackers using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams and bank representatives to resolve transaction mismatches or delays.
- Assist in preparing monthly reconciliation reports and summaries for audit and compliance.
- Support documentation for loan disbursements, CMS activities, and settlement reports.
- Ensure timely reporting of unutilized funds and support fund reallocation decisions.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive financial data.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in bank reconciliation and financial operations.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (including formulas, data validation, dashboards).
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with CMS, UPI, swipe settlements, and reconciliation of digital payments.
