Accounts Executive - Banking

Hi,

we are hiring "Accounts Executive - Banking Department" for our organisation located at Borivali, Mumbai location.

No: of Vacancy : 2 (Female candidate preferred)

Experience Required : 06 months -4yrs.

Salary Range: 18k-35k Depend on Interview and experience.

Educational Qualification : B.Com, Tally , MS Office ,Excel

Job Roles & Responsibility :

• Updating cleared cheques in the Positive Pay System for all companies.
• Checking emails and responding promptly.
• Updating daily payment records.
• Handling client calls related to payments.
• Resolving ledger-related queries.
• Managing party payments and coordinating with them as required.
• Checking EMI clearance status and making necessary provisions.
• Maintaining the liability chart and updating it at every month-end.
• Following up with parties regarding any pending payments.
• Ensuring tasks are completed within the required timelines to process further RTGS from our end.
• Handling delayed payment cases politely and ensuring creditors do not escalate issues to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
