About the Role

We are a growing international e-commerce consultancy

managing seller accounts across major global marketplaces.

We are hiring a sharp, detail-oriented Accounts Executive

to handle the complete financial operations of our

marketplace businesses.

This is NOT a traditional bookkeeping role.

Key Responsibilities

- Reconcile marketplace settlement reports (including

Amazon Seller Central and eBay) against bank deposits

- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet

- Prepare Cash Flow Statements for e-commerce operations

- Manage FBA inventory valuation and landed cost tracking

- Prepare Inventory Turnaround Reports

- Produce executive-ready financial reports with commentary

- Handle multi-currency transactions (USD, GBP, PKR)

Must-Have Requirements

- Multan resident (non-negotiable)

- Minimum 1 year hands-on experience managing accounts

for Amazon or eBay sellers

- Strong understanding of accrual accounting principles

- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero

- Experience reading and reconciling Amazon Settlement

Reports or eBay Managed Payments reports

- Excellent data presentation and report writing skills

- Reliable high-speed internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

- Experience with A2X, Link My Books, or similar

marketplace accounting tools

- Multi-currency accounting experience (USD/GBP/PKR)

- Knowledge of FBA fee structures and reimbursements
