We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive who is passionate about accounting, finance, and career growth within a reputable healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely reconciliation.
• Prepare, verify, and post invoices, and journal entries.
• Maintain accurate financial records and handle monthly/yearly closings.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Handle accounting software operations and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with departments for inventory and financial updates.
• Perform audit and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow on a regular basis.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
• Identify any discrepancies or financial irregularities.
• Provide analytical support for management decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
• Contribute to the improvement of financial systems and procedures.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Qualification: MBA (Accounts & Finance) or equivalent / ACCA
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounting or finance roles
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and bookkeeping principles
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, ERP, SAP preferred)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Location: Shadman II, Habitat
• Type: Full-time
• Salary Range: Rs. 100,000 per month (based on experience and qualification)
