About the Role
We are seeking an Accounts Executive who can handle routine accounting tasks, maintain records, prepare
invoices and support the overall accounts process. The candidate should be comfortable with Tally and
basic financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Entering daily accounting transactions in Tally
Preparing invoices, receipts, and supporting accounting documents
Maintaining files for bills, vouchers, payments and ledgers
Drafting letters and handling simple office correspondence
Assisting in reconciliation of accounts and maintaining basic reports
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for documentation
Supporting month-end and routine accounting tasks
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Accounts
Good proficiency in Tally and Excel
Strong organisational and filing skills
Ability to draft simple letters professionally
Basic understanding of accounting operations
Good communication skills and disciplined work habits
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
