Accounts Executive (Female)

Job Description:

Value for Sellers is looking for a Female Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, billing, and basic compliance, with good attention to detail.

Experience Required:

1–2 Years (Accounts / Finance role)

Salary:

₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & skills)

Job Type:

Full-time | Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Expenses)
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
• Bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance
• Assist in GST data preparation and coordination with CA
• Maintain vendor & client accounts
• Keep proper records of receipts, payments, and expenses
• Support monthly closing and basic financial reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in accounts or finance role
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and invoicing
• Working knowledge of Tally / accounting software
• Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Female candidate only
• Experience in service-based / e-commerce company is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks independently
• Stable job history preferred

Location: Noida, Sector-5 (Work from Office)
