**Key Duties and Responsibilities**

**1. Financial Record Management**

* Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and journals.

* Prepare and process vouchers, receipts, payments, and invoices.

* Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time.

**2. Accounts Payable & Receivable**

* Manage vendor bills, purchase orders, and supplier payments.

* Generate and send customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.

* Reconcile statements of accounts with clients and suppliers.

**3. Bank and Cash Management**

* Prepare and reconcile daily bank statements.

* Handle petty cash and ensure accurate cash flow management.

* Coordinate with banks for transactions, deposits, and transfers.

**4. Financial Reporting**

* Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

* Support management with financial data analysis and reports.

* Prepare reports for audits and support external/internal auditors.

**5. Taxation and Compliance**

* Assist with GST/VAT, TDS, and other statutory returns.

* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

* Maintain proper documentation for audits and tax filings.

**6. Budgeting and Forecasting**

* Help prepare budgets and monitor actual spending versus budgets.

* Identify variances and assist in corrective financial planning.

**Essential Skills and Competencies**

**Technical Skills**

* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho Books).

* Strong Excel and spreadsheet management skills.

* Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

* Understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax rules (for relevant regions).

**Analytical and Organizational Skills**

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.

* Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

**Communication and Interpersonal Skills**

* Clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal departments.

* Teamwork and collaboration within finance and other business units.

**Professional Qualities**

* Integrity and confidentiality with financial information.

* Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Educational Requirements**

* Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration**.

* Professional certifications (optional but valuable): **CA (Inter), ACCA, CPA, CMA**, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
