Accounts Executive - US Real Estate

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Accurate Bookkeeping: Maintaining detailed and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Preparing and analyzing financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for various properties or portfolios.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations, including property taxes, income taxes, and sales taxes.
  • Financial Reporting: Providing regular financial reports to management, investors, and other stakeholders, highlighting key financial performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Property Expense Management: Tracking and managing property expenses, such as maintenance, utilities, and insurance.
  • Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
