Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant(WFO) for Mohali branch to manage financial records, ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards, and support financial decision-making for our growing eCommerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger and sub-ledgers
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, inventory, and bank reconciliations
• Assist with tax filings and compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Analyze financial data to improve profitability
• Work closely with operations and marketing to track expenses and ROI
• Manage sales tax filings across multiple U.S. states

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-3 years of accounting experience (preferably in eCommerce or retail)
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite
• Understanding of U.S. sales tax and eCommerce accounting practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication in English

Preferred:

• Experience with Amazon, Shopify, Walmart or other eCommerce platforms
• Familiarity with tools like A2X, Avalara, Gusto, Bill.com

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
