Job Summary

An Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, assisting in budgeting, and ensuring accurate financial reporting in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare invoices, bills, and payment vouchers
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
  • Record bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate with auditors during audits
  • Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience in GST/TDS or local tax compliance (if applicable)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and reporting skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
