- Maintain accurate books of accounts and record daily financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and ensure timely filing of TDS returns and related compliances.
- Manage GST compliance, including preparation, reconciliation, and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
- Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices with proper supporting documentation.
- Generate, track, and manage e-way bills as per applicable GST regulations.
- Assist in statutory, tax, and internal audit activities by providing required financial data and documentation.
- Process vendor payments and record customer receipts accurately and on a timely basis.
- Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding balances and discrepancies.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Assist in preparation, review, and reconciliation of balance sheet, profit & loss account, and related schedules.
