Job Title: Account Executive – Restaurant
Location: One8 Commune (Neuma ) – Kolkata
Office Name: One8 Commune
Office Timing: 11:00 am – 7:30 pm (Subject to change as per requirement; total work hours will remain the same)
Department: Finance (Must have prior experience in the restaurant industry)
Key Responsibilities:
- Must have at least two years of prior experience in the hospitality industry.
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze daily sales reports, ensuring accurate financial recording.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely payment of staff wages.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Perform vendors’ reconciliation while facilitating smooth communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software - Tally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and financial challenges in the hospitality sector.

Salary:
40,000 to 50,000 - It will depends on your experience and negotiable.
