Key Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable and receivable operations.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and ledgers.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
- Process invoices, vouchers, and expense claims.
- Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support audit and compliance requirements.
- Prepare financial summaries and reports for management.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all accounting entries.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties for financial matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred
