About KLA Consultants: KLA Consultants is a leading management consultancy firm providing comprehensive accounting, bookkeeping, and business process outsourcing services to our diverse client portfolio.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to be stationed at our client's premises. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and provide on-site support for all accounting and bookkeeping activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

  • Maintain and update daily financial transactions in accounting software
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Record bank transactions, reconcile bank statements, and maintain cash books
  • Prepare payment vouchers and process vendor payments
  • Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables

Financial Record Management:

  • Maintain general ledger and subsidiary ledgers
  • File and organize financial documents systematically
  • Ensure all transactions are properly documented and recorded
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare periodic financial reports as required by the client
  • Generate management reports, summaries, and statements
  • Maintain records in compliance with applicable regulations
  • Assist in preparation of documentation for audits and tax filings

Administrative Support:

  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Handle petty cash management and expense reporting
  • Support in budget preparation and expense tracking
  • Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the client or KLA management

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com/BBA/ACCA/CA-Finalist)
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Peachtree, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office Suite
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
  • Good communication skills in English and Urdu
