Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive

We are seeking an Accounts Executive / Sr. Accounts Executive to manage export banking operations and compliance for an export-focused MSME. The role demands accuracy, confidentiality, and strong coordination with banks and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Record customer collection (FC/INR) and perform exchange valuation

Verify bank interest/charges and prepare bank reconciliations

Handle inward/outward remittance and support export realization

Prepare export sales data and raise sales/debit credit notes

File GSTR-1 and support GST/statutory audit

Perform customer account reconciliation and share receivable reports

Maintain well-organised documents and file management systems

Qualification

Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce / Accounting / Finance

3-5 years of relevant experience

Knowledge of accounting standards, GST& Income tax

ERP experience (NetSuite or similar ) Preferred

High integrity and confidentiality

Ability to work independently

Strong coordination and relationship skills

Compensation based on Experience
