We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Accounts Executive to join our Sales team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate about software sales and thrives in a target-oriented environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving the successful sale of HRMS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities using modern sales tools and techniques
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams, as well as in-person when required
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, calls, and emails using CRM systems
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across all stages of the customer lifecycle
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Candidate Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Master’s degree is a plus
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the SaaS industry
