Job Title: Accounts Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting compliance activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with exposure to global accounting tools and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting operations, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  • Manage bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and expense tracking on a regular basis.
  • Record and process invoices, bills, and intercompany transactions using QuickBooks and Xero.
  • Prepare Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and MIS reports for month-end and year-end closing.
  • Assist in BAS preparation, GST, TDS, and coordinate with auditors and CAs for statutory compliance.
  • Maintain and update the Chart of Accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely entries.
  • Develop and manage Excel trackers and automation tools to streamline accounting processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles (internship experience may also be considered).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Xero.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
