Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Bavla, Ahmedabad

Salary: 25000 to 35000 Per Month(Depends On Interview)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in accounting and financial management, preferably with SAP B1.

Job Description:

1. Utilise SAP B1 software to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

2. Perform routine financial transactions, such as recording invoices, expenses, receipts, and payments, and ensure proper coding and classification of all financial data.

3. Prepare and process journal entries, adjusting entries, and month-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.

4. Generate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements, using SAP B1 software.

5. Assist in preparation of budgeting and forecasting processes by providing financial data and insights.

6. Assist in preparation of financial performance, briefly highlighting variances and identifying areas for improvement.

7. Support in periodic audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as finance team members and various
departments to provide accurate and timely financial information and support
decision-making.

9. Assist in the preparation of tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.

10. Stay updated on the latest developments and enhancements in SAP B1 software to leverage its capabilities effectively.
