Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We're looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team in Saheed Nagar. As an Accounts Executive, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and contributing to the overall financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in Tally. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations, including data entry and financial record maintenance.
• Prepare and manage financial statements such as balance sheets and Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.
• Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations, and file returns accurately and on time.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payments and invoices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: At least 1 year of total work experience in an accounting role.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of GST, TDS, balance sheets, and P&L statements.
• Software Proficiency: Must be proficient in Tally.
• Location: Reside in or be willing to commute to Saheed Nagar.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong problem-solver.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance.
• Job Type: Full-time.
